Refund policy

Every purchase — Core, Pro, or Team — carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If the course is not what you hoped, email noaml@noaml.cloud from the email on your account within 30 days of payment and the full amount is refunded. No questions asked, no form, no "exit interview". Stating a reason is welcome (it improves the course) but never required.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your account returns to the free tier — which still reads every lesson.

After 30 days, purchases are final; if something feels genuinely broken or misrepresented, email noaml@noaml.cloud anyway and we will sort it out like adults.
